About the Role:
In this role, your support will enhance our client’s overall wellbeing, both physically and emotionally, fostering empowerment and a sense of value. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Personal cares
- Domestic cares
- Performing vital observations
- Stock deliveries
- Wound care management
- Telehealth
- Care plan creation
- New client admissions
- 28-day reviews
- 3-month reviews
- Case management
As an Aster Registered Nurse will be required to work to the full RN scope ranging from clinical care, personal care, domestic support, administrative and training duties as per the business requirements.
Requirements:
Naturally, you will require relevant qualifications and licenses including
- Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration and at least 1 Year post registration experience
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Medication Management Competency
- Immunisation History Statement.
- Vaccinations required:
- Hepatitis B (3 dose series AND serology showing immunity
- Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) (2 doses of live measles or MMR OR serology showing immunity OR birth before 1957)
- Pertussis (1 dose of dTap within last 10 years)
- Varicella (2 doses of vaccine OR serology showing immunity OR history of diagnosis of varicella or herpes zoster)
- Statement of Service may be required
- Australian Citizenship or a work visa with no restrictions
- Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver’s License
