About the Role:
In this role, your support will enhance our client’s overall wellbeing, both physically and emotionally, fostering empowerment and a sense of value. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Personal cares
• Domestic cares
• Performing vital observations
• Stock deliveries
• Wound care management
• Telehealth
• Care plan creation
• New client admissions
• 28-day reviews
• 3-month reviews
• Case management

Requirements:
Naturally, you will require relevant qualifications and licenses including

• Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration and at least 1 Year post registration experience
• Current CPR Certificate 
• Current Police Check 
• Medication Management Competency
• Immunisation History Statement. Vaccinations required:

      -  Hepatitis B (3 dose series AND serology showing immunity
      - Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) (2 doses of live measles or MMR                      OR serology showing immunity OR birth before 1957)
      - Pertussis (1 dose of dTap within last 10 years)
      - Varicella (2 doses of vaccine OR serology showing immunity OR history of        diagnosis of varicella or herpes zoster)

• Statement of Service may be required 
• Australian Citizenship or a work visa with no restrictions 
• Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver’s License
