SCHEDULER | $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Super (6-month Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is for a 6-month fixed term contract with potential to extend.

About the Role As a Scheduler, you'll work closely alongside our Nursing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service is essential for this role.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule visits within the set roster, ensuring they are matched with the appropriate qualified staff who meet their nursing needs to deliver the best possible service.
- Respond to client demands and assist with the delivery of appropriate products and services through coordination, delegation, and scheduling of services.
- Liaise closely with Nursing Team Leaders to ensure minimised disruption to service when demands change or staff emergently require change.
- Liaise with Nursing Team Leaders for updates of service records or changes to requirements.
- Track, Monitor and Record all necessary changes as advised by the Nursing Team Leader.
- Manage and record and act upon any likely short fall in hours worked to ensure that hours worked are correctly reflected and the gap is managed in respect of leave/sick leave/unpaid leave.
- Respond to short notice changes as and when they occur.
- Liaise directly with direct care nurses to ensure cover of emergent leave and ensure communication in case of last-minute changes to published schedules.

Using our bespoke software designed by nurses for nurses, you will receive comprehensive training on the integrated system that incorporates the scheduling process.
About You You will be adept at administration and IT, with a passion for rostering and scheduling. While having previous knowledge in Community Nursing is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
Key Attributes: - More than 1-2 years in a similar position (desirable).
- Prior experience in medical administration or scheduling will be highly regarded.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and explain why.
- High level of team management skills.
