We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 32 hours per fortnight, with a requirement to work evening and night shifts.

You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

What you will do

The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:

Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through resident-first approach

What you will bring

Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
