We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Lifestyle Officer (Spiritual & Pastoral Care) to provide holistic spiritual, pastoral, and emotional support to residents within our aged care community. This part-time position offers 43.5 hours per fortnight.

The Role
As a valued member of the Care Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the spiritual wellbeing of our residents, their families, and staff. You’ll work alongside lifestyle and care teams to design and deliver meaningful spiritual and leisure-based activities, provide emotional support during times of change or grief, and help residents reflect on their life experiences.
