The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and tech-savvy Office Coordinator to help keep this growing business running smoothly.
- Coordinate staff, rosters, customer bookings and enrolments
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare regular reports and keep management updated
- Work with Google Drive, WordPress, Microsoft Office and AI tools
- Help improve systems and processes as the business grows
About You

- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
- Solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Reliable, trustworthy and happy to pitch in where needed
- Enjoy working in a small, growing business where your contribution matters
You’ll ideally have previous experience in
office coordination, administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar role, together with strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A
current driver’s licence is required, along with the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check. The role will involve occasional customer visits across Sydney.
