Our client is an established Australian company with over 9 years' experience delivering innovative Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) -Two-Way Radio Communication solutions.

Recognised as a leader in their field, they combine the simplicity of two-way radio communication with the power of VoIP and cellular networks to provide reliable, cost-effective solutions to customers across industries including transport, construction, security, manufacturing, hospitality and agriculture.
 
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their successful team.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the General Manager Sales, you will manage and grow existing dealer and end-user relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
 
This is a relationship-driven B2B sales opportunity combining account management, client engagement, and proactive business development. You will have access to qualified leads while also being empowered to build and grow your own pipeline, creating new opportunities and developing long-term client partnerships.
 
Full product training will be provided, giving you the knowledge and confidence to sell this innovative PoC technology.
 
About You
 
You will be an energetic and self-motivated sales professional with:

• 2+ years' successful external B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to win new business and grow customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach
• Interest in radio / telecommunication  technology
• Excellent organisation and time management skills

Experience selling products or solutions into industries such as transport, construction, security, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, office technology or hardware will be highly regarded.
