The role:
  
You’ll join a high-performing Corporate Advisory team that advises on high-profile deals, and provides advice to domestic and international clients predominantly in connection with M&A and private equity transactions.
  
  
You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside a senior partner with over 30 years’ experience leading intricate finance and commercial matters—someone known for their deep technical expertise, practical advice, and mentoring approach.
  
About you:
  
You’re an Associate or Senior Associate (3–6+ years’ PQE) with solid grounding in Corporate Advisory Law.
  
You’re commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others. You value precision, client trust, and meaningful professional growth & development.
