The Opportunity
As part of a high-performing national team, you will:
- Advise leading fund managers on fund establishment, capital raising, and operational matters across wholesale funds, club funds, investment platforms, and retail structures.
- Support clients through new fund launches, restructures, regulatory change projects, and strategic investments.
- Collaborate across other leading practice areas — M&A, Real Estate, Projects, and Banking & Finance — on major cross-practice transactions.
This is a
permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne. The firm promotes a modern, flexible working model with
hybrid arrangements (around 60% in-office) and genuine openness to flexibility that supports individual balance and productivity.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in funds, corporate, or transactional law, gained from a top-tier, national or international firm (or comparable in-house team).
- A genuine interest in investment funds and a desire to deepen your expertise in this growing area.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- The ability to work autonomously while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
