The role:
  
You’ll join a high-performing Banking & Finance team that advises banks, syndicates, companies, and joint ventures on complex and high-value transactions.
  
Expect exposure to a diverse range of matters, including:
  

• Corporate and commercial finance;
• Property and construction finance;
• Fund and asset finance;
• Receivables financing; and
• Advisory work across PPSA, M&A, and corporate governance.

  
You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside a senior partner with over 35 years’ experience leading intricate finance and commercial matters—someone known for their deep technical expertise, practical advice, and mentoring approach.
  
**Open to practitioners admitted in any Australian state or New Zealand (willing to be located in Sydney).**
  
About you:
  
You’re a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate (2–6+ years’ PQE) with solid grounding in banking & finance, or commercial law.
  
You’re commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others. You value precision, client trust, and meaningful professional growth & development.
