This role offers the opportunity to lead a significant national sales operation, manage complex channel strategies, and work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  
Role Purpose
To lead and execute the national sales strategy across multiple channels, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective stakeholder management, and consistent execution at retail level.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the national sales strategy in line with overall business objectives
• Lead sales operations across key channels including department stores, key accounts, retail chains, and specialty outlets
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales organization with clear targets and accountability
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive effective in-store execution and visibility
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and market analysis
• Partner with marketing and trade teams to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Ensure strong sales capability through structured training, product knowledge, and service standards
• Work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and availability across channels
• Manage sales budgets and resource allocation
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies

  
Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within consumer goods 
• Luxury Goods experience preferable 
• Strong exposure to managing multi-channel retail environments
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation capability with key accounts
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing large sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically as required
