About the Role
As the Operations & Supply Chain Leader for the mortar business, you will take full ownership of end-to-end plant and supply chain operations. You will lead production, logistics, quality, cost efficiency, and industrial CAPEX execution across multiple plants in Indonesia.

This role is designed for a hands-on operator and strong leader who enjoys working directly with plant teams, solving problems on the ground, and driving real operational impact.
The core mission is to ensure mortar products are produced safely, meet high quality standards, delivered on time to the market, and optimized for cost efficiency to support customer satisfaction and business profitability.


Responsibilities

• Must be a hands-on leader who works on the ground with plant teams
• Lead and manage operations across multiple plants in Indonesia
• Own production and plant performance end-to-end
• Ensure mortar products are produced with high quality and strong engineering standards
• Ensure supply is delivered on time to the market to drive customer satisfaction
• Drive cost efficiency and optimize operational performance
• Execute CAPEX plans on budget and on time
• Lead industrial expansion and new plant projects in new regions
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements aligned with internal policies and Indonesian laws
• Build and develop strong operations teams together with HR
• Appraise manufacturing capability through regular site visits
• Monitor plant performance to meet quality and delivery expectations

Requirements

• Must have building materials experience or similar, past or current
• Must have experience managing multiple plants or multi-site manufacturing operations
• Must be a hands-on leader who works directly with plant and operations teams
• Minimum 15 years experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership
• Engineering degree required, MBA is a plus
• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, adaptable, and a fast learner
