Join Our Team as a Trainer with ALPA!
Are you passionate about education and making a difference in remote communities and sharing your skills? ALPA (Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation) is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainers.

About Us: ALPA is one of the largest and most successful Aboriginal corporations in Australia, committed to improving the lives of Indigenous Australians through education, employment, and economic development. We deliver high-quality training and assessment services to remote communities, empowering individuals and fostering sustainable growth.

Position: Trainer (Based in Darwin)

Location: Based in Darwin with the opportunity to travel 2 weeks a month to our remote communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of remote community members.
• Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and learner outcomes.
• Uphold ALPA's commitment to quality and continuous improvement in all training operations.

That’s fine, ALPA can work with you to obtain this qualification, whilst you are working!

What we are looking for in our new team members:

• You are willing to get in and have some fun
• You have an interest in learning community services and retail
• You are happy to work away Monday – Friday in our communities 2 weeks a month

Entry level training positions starting from $70,000
