The Employment Development Manager is responsible for the "on the ground" delivery of the CDP contract. It is a diverse role that focuses on managing stakeholder relationships and mentoring local First Nation members. You will be working closely with a range of community and government stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities and provide a high level of support to job seekers currently required to participate in the CDP program.

This position is based in Arnhem Land,  NT. This is not a FIFO position. You will be required to be based in the community full time.
