This role is a dual role, we welcome applications from couples AND Singles with CDP experience to manage and support the Minjilang CDP Site.

This position is based in Minjilang, a remote community located on Croker Island, West Arnhem Land NT.

Responsibilities

• Implement a locally tailored CDP program based on comprehensive community consultation.
• Manage and develop CDP employees to the level required to meet the objectives of the program and funding agreement.
• Ensure all activities and program elements consider individual participants choices and interests.
• Responsible for all areas of the management, delivery, and development of participants activities.
• Undertake all required administration to support the development and delivery of CDP activities.
• Ensure that key performance measures are addressed, and that systems and processes are in place to capture and communicate performance.

What we are looking for in our candidates...

• Previous experience working as an Employment Consultant, Activities Coordinator, Site Coordinator or equivalent in the Community Development Program system.
• Experience working with Aboriginal people in a remote location community.
• Prior experience working in the Northern Territory.
