About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate eCommerce & Business Development Officer to champion the growth, strategy, sales and development of our online presence and e-commerce platform.
You will be instrumental in improving our market presence, seeking opportunities for growth, identifying trends and adapting our E-Commerce business practices to continuously remain competitive in the digital arena. You will be a key contributor to strategy and implementation of initiatives that drive our digital success.  
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement E-Commerce marketing strategies to grow ALPA’s Community Services online platforms increasing online sales.
• Enhance our online shopping experience by optimizing product listings, customer support, feedback mechanisms and ensure the visuals are impactful 
• Drive revenue growth by leveraging effective merchandising, promotions and other digital strategies 
• Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end
• Reviewing and enhancing the online customer journey by streamlining the online experience, remove friction points and leveraging best industry practice
• Nurture and cultivate meaningful partnerships with stakeholders, local organisations, government organisations.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales

We need someone to champion our evolution and competitiveness in the E-Commence and Business Development space.  You will be methodical, creative and enjoy partnering with the various ALPA enterprises supporting our numerous business ventures to achieve exciting sales results and thrive in the increasingly competitive E-Commence space.
