About the Role

We are on the look out for a dynamic Data and Analytics Solutions Developer join our team and facilitate the digital transformation of ALPA.
The ideal candidate will be technically savvy to interpret the broader organisational operations and implement automated processes to assist in the digital evolution and efficiency of our day-to-day operations.
Your knowledge of Power Apps, integrated power platforms, external systems, the development of interactive data visualization reports will be essential in your success in this creative role. You will drive our technology uplift between business operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of Custom Design, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrate Power Platforms.
• Through consultation and collaboration with cross functional departments you will be able to quickly assess the organisations business needs and execute the implementation of the most suitable systems achieving automation and optimization.
• Programming in Python,C#, JavaScript and relative languages.
• Develop data visualization reports.
• Integrated power platforms, with external systems and the implementation of automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Ensure the implemented systems have the capacity and scalability to meet future business growth needs.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability through testing and debugging.
• Work independently managing multiple projects in a fast paced agile environment.

  
 What we’re looking for

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with API integrations and working with dynamic data sources.
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python, C#, JavaScript, or related languages.
• Familiarity with database design and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and effectively document the work for reference.
• Experience in web development, data analysis, or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
