About the Role

As our Lodge Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a positive guest experience while supporting and mentoring local Yolŋu staff. You will play a key role in providing meaningful employment, training, and career development opportunities for your team.
This position is located in Milingimbi, NT.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience managing a lodge or accommodation facility
• Proven ability to meet and report on KPIs in a supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with people of varied backgrounds, education levels, and language abilities
• Experience with the Little Hotelier booking system (desirable)
