As a Team Leader in the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program, you’ll guide your team to deliver culturally safe, strengths-based support that turns opportunities into lasting outcomes.

RAES is a federally funded program designed to create flexible, community-led employment solutions. Your leadership will ensure job seekers receive tailored support—from skills development and mentoring to sustainable job placements—while building strong relationships with employers and community stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team delivering Employment Placement Support.
• Develop and manage individual employment plans that reflect participant goals.
• Track progress at key milestones (4, 12, 26, and 52 weeks).
• Ensure compliance and accurate claims submission.
• Engage with employers to secure and maintain meaningful jobs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Cultural competence and ability to work in remote contexts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Experience in employment services or case management (RAES/CDP familiarity desirable).
