About the Role Support standardized accounts processing in a high-volume, quality-controlled, and customer-focused environment under an Accountant's direction. If you have previous experience in Accounts Payable, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and payable activities.
Handle cash management and bank reconciliations.
Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting.
Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
Improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff.
Participate in shared corporate activities and uphold ALPA values.
Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is essential
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
