Location: Based in Darwin with the opportunity to travel 2 weeks a month to remote First Nations Communities in the Northern Territory. 

About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Travelling Workplace Trainers to travel across remote First Nations Communities in the Northern Territory and deliver training programs on scope.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience working for an RTO.

If you have prior experience delivering training across:

• First Aid
• White Card
• Community Services

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of remote community members.
• Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and learner outcomes.
• Uphold ALPA's commitment to quality and continuous improvement in all training operations.

About You

• You must hold a nationally accredited TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Demonstrated experience delivering engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of participants.
• You have an interest in learning community services and retail
• You are happy to work away from home Monday – Friday in our communities 2 weeks a month
