About the Role
As our Operations Manager for Training and Education, you'll oversee a dynamic team of Travelling Workplace Trainers, including two dedicated Training Team Leads. You'll ensure top-notch compliance and exceptional training delivery across our CDP, Fee for Service, VET in Schools, and Indigenous Skills Employment programs.
This newly created role is all about driving excellence in training and workforce development, making a real impact on participant success and community growth.
If you have a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor qualification) and an understanding of RTO operations, ASQA standards, the VET Quality Framework, and higher education compliance, then we would love to hear from you!
