The Role

We are offering a Part-Time opportunity for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our facility based in at Harden Grange, we are committed to providing exceptional residential aged care within a warm and welcoming environment that feels just like home, NSW. Personal Care Workers contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

What you will do

The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:

• Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
• Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
• Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
• Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
• Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
• Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
• Weekend and Night Shifts availability
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) 
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
