We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening — with strong availability particularly across PM shifts.
 
What you will do:

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach
• You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential 
• Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care ideally in Aged Care setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
