Regional Manager, Community Development
6-month contract role – immediate start available following recruitment.

THE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee employment, training and community development programs, activities and service delivery across multiple sites in the South West QLD region. This role involves the hands-on support, service delivery and management of the contracts and programs that the organisation delivers in each community. Current priorities in this role includes leadership of an employment region, people management, business development, community engagement and partnerships, driving team performance and ensuring effective delivery of services for clients and participants.
RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven, current or recent, experience working within the Employment Services or Community Development sector will be highly regarded – transferable skills from complementary sectors may also be considered.
Multi-site and team management experience is vital to this role, we are looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team successfully within a government-funded contract sector environment.
The ability to work towards regular KPIs, financial targets and budgets consistently.
Business development, case management and experience working directly with clients and supporting staff with these activities.
Networking, community engagement, and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, in particular in community, to develop key partnerships and activities.
Highly developed reporting, compliance management, and contract management experience.
Keen organisational and communication skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is a contract role from commencement up until 31st October 2025.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience in managing and delivering CDP, Employment Services or similar contracts or programs in regional or remote areas.
The annual salary package for this role is $100,000 + super (pro rata’d for the length of the contract) - please inquire if you would like to discuss full package inclusions further.
