We are currently recruiting for two key roles for our client, a luxury fine jeweller with a Brisbane CBD boutique and dedicated atelier and workshop. These opportunities will suit polished, commercially minded professionals who value exceptional service, beautiful craftsmanship and long-term client relationships.
  
THE COMPANY
Our client is a distinctive fine jewellery business dealing in antique jewellery, rare jewels, fine jewellery and modern jewellery creation. Through its boutiques and specialist workshop, the business brings together craftsmanship, history, technical expertise and highly personalised service for clients seeking truly special pieces.
  
THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are currently recruiting for two key roles for the Brisbane CBD boutique. These opportunities will suit polished, commercially minded professionals who value exceptional service, beautiful craftsmanship and long-term client relationships.
  
1. BOUTIQUE MANAGER

• A hands-on commercial leadership role responsible for the sales and operational performance of the Brisbane boutique.
• You will lead from the floor, build VIP and repeat-client relationships, coach the team and maintain impeccable standards across stock, security, workshop activity and daily operations.
• Best suited to an experienced fine jewellery or luxury retail leader with a strong sales and customer service orientation.

  
2. CLIENT ADVISOR / SALES CONSULTANT

• A senior luxury sales role focused on personalised service, high-value purchases and disciplined client follow-up.
• You will build a strong personal client book, confidently communicate the history, rarity, quality and value of jewellery, and support bespoke, resize, restoration and special-order enquiries.
• Best suited to an accomplished fine jewellery or luxury sales professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills.

  
ALL ABOUT YOU

• Relevant experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail or another high-value, relationship-led sales environment is preferred;
• A genuine enjoyment of selling and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets without compromising service;
• The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with repeat clients, VIPs and new clientele;
• Polished communication and personal presentation, mature judgement and absolute discretion;
• A strong interest in gemstones, antique and vintage jewellery, craftsmanship and modern jewellery creation;
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and follow-through across client, sales and boutique responsibilities;
• Well-presented with strong communication, sales, relationship building, and customer services skills;
• A proactive, collaborative and accountable approach in a high-service environment.
