SF People is working with a reputable client in the industrial transport sector. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their leadership team! This is a chance to join the organisation and play a key role in maintaining existing sales relationships, while developing and expanding into new markets within a dynamic industrial business.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing revenue growth through conversion of inbound opportunities, strategic key account management, and planning and executing on targeted growth opportunities. Key activities also include disciplined pipeline management, leading the team in product knowledge expertise, and strengthening customer relationships and market presence.
The Sales Manager will ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience from first engagement through to delivery and ongoing partnership and work closely with technical, engineering, marketing and operations teams.
This role will manage a small team and be involved directly in sales and growth activities, being accountable for individual contribution and team performance, and overseeing individual and team targets.
