TEMP/CASUAL role – immediate start available!
We are looking for a capable administrative and customer service focused individual.
Experience in a busy customer service office-based role with excellent administration skills, attention to detail and excellent phone manner in wholesale, B2B, retail, or related sector would be ideal!
THE OPPORTUNITY Right now, we are seeking suitable candidates for a 3-4 month TEMP/CASUAL Customer Service Officer role for our client based in Ipswich in the lead up to and over their busy season!
The role will be based at their office in Ipswich.
Full or part time will be considered (please note: must work Monday and Friday).
Ideal start date Monday 20th October or Monday 27th October.
Current priorities in the role include:
Reception duties including answering phone, greeting customers or general inquiries, making customers welcome over the phone, and providing genuine and positive customer service interactions.
Being a positive first point of contact for all and handling customer inquiries.
Responding to customer service inquiries over phone, email and/or web.
Supporting the team with general and ad hoc duties.
General administrative duties.
Ability to take direction and work autonomously within a team environment.
You will work alongside people with a real passion for delivering exception customer service; so as well as a suitable skill set it will be advantageous that your values align with the organisation and the level or service they wish to give to all customers and customer interactions.
