SF People is working with a new entrant in the Employment Services sector who will be delivering the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. The organisation is a specialist provider under the new IEA contract.

We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager for the South East QLD region. This is a chance to join this organisation to deliver the IEA contract and lead a fresh, newly created team and newly opened offices. You will work alongside experienced leaders while supporting new teams and sites.

The Opportunity & Experience Required: 
This role will lead sites and teams to deliver the IEA contract to clients and participants across the South East QLD region.

This will involve strong leadership and the hands-on management and promotion of the strategic and operational service delivery of the federal government contracted IEA contract. 

Current priorities in this role include hiring of teams, leadership of multiple sites, people management, stakeholder and community engagement, strategic business development, driving team performance, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience working at regional management level within the Employment Services, Disability Employment, Vocational Rehabilitation, Allied Health or complementary sector experience.
• Multi-site management experience, with the ability to manage teams on-site and remotely. 
• Leadership, people management, professional development and performance improvement experience. 
• Stakeholder management, community engagement, relationship building and business development skills.  
• The ability to work towards regular KPIs, financial targets and budgets. 
• Keen organisational and communication skills.  

  
Additional Information: 

• The salary package for this role is made up of base salary plus superannuation and includes car allowance or company car.
