We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join an award-winning exterior cleaning company located in Enoggera, which services all of Brisbane.  Join the fun and supportive team at Kleen Genie, which specialises in a wide range of services such as gutter cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, and high-pressure driveway cleaning.

We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive base salary of $60,000 per annum plus super, and OTE $120,000 +
 
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to drive new business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer databases
• Identify and research new market opportunities within targeted regional markets
• Strategically plan and conduct customer visits to build relationships and offer solutions
• Prepare and deliver sale presentations to potential and existing clients
• Develop and execute profitable business plans for managing and growing accounts
• Participate in local associations, networking and conferences for the company
• Work closely with other departments to communicate account plans, and pricing, and support sales initiatives
• Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategies

 
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

• At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar position, with a proven track record in sales
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry or facility management preferred but not essential
• Current driver's license and reliable car
• Ability to operate autonomously with confidence
• Knowledge of and experience in developing/delivering proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use Service M8 desirable but not required
• Understanding of contracts/service agreements
• Experience in following and developing sales systems and processes
• Innovative thinker with a proactive approach
• Strong initiative and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (training in drone use provided as a benefit)
