We are looking for a Tax Manager with at least 8 years experience in a local public practice. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing a portfolio offering a variety of dynamic clients
Understanding and implementing how to grow clients' business
Developing and implementing commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
Developing, collaborating and inspiring your team
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:
Be CA / CPA qualified
Have a minimum of 8 years of local public practice experience
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager is essential
A focus on providing a compelling client experience
Experience in leading high quality and robust strategic advisory work with a high level of autonomy
Highly analytical and big picture thinker with a commercial mindset
Experience in coaching and managing team members and a motivation to inspire others
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
Have demonstrated a flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
