We are looking for a Business Support Manager to join an award-winning supplier of bathroom products located in Warragul South. We are looking for a Business Support Manager with at least 4 years of experience in the same or a similar role. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary of $80,000 plus super, per annum. This role is also offering a .8% of total sales that is paid monthly.
 
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering customer questions over the phone and via email
• General administration duties
• Checking orders are processed and assist production and admin with order management each day
• Replying to customer emails and delegate to an admin staff member where possible
• Checking in with current customers and keeping them updated on their orders
• Reaching out to existing customers to update them on our range and to maintain and improve relationships
• Assisting with new leads, introducing them to our range and working with our account manager to train new trade and retail customers about our product range

 
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in the same or a similar role
• Have a current driver's license
• Completed a Business Management diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and support, and Customer Account Management
• A confident leader motivating customers and team members
• Excellent time management
• Extraverted with a positive mindset
• Ability to use Xero for bookkeeping,
• Ability to use Dear Systems/Cin7 Order and experience with stock management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM
