Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, spanning from Ingham in the North to Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West, and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 4 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland (MMCNQ) is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Coordinator to join the welcoming team at Ryan OSHC in Kirwan.

This is a permanent position offering 38 hours per week, with the possibility of a part-time arrangement for the right applicant.

We’re looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children, supporting and inspiring educators, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) or equivalent (Education Support, studying Bachelor of Education or similar qualifications approved under ACECQA)
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain these certifications
• Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
