Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, spanning from Ingham in the North to Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West, and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

About the position
Ryan Kindergarten, Kirwan—located on the Ryan Catholic College Junior School campus—is a leading early childhood service dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to the youngest members of our community.

We are seeking a permanent Kindergarten Educator to join our team for 30 hours per week, working split shifts from 6:30am–8:30am and 2:30pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. A split-shift allowance is provided.

As a valued Kindergarten Educator, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can learn, develop, and thrive. You’ll work alongside a supportive and Qualified Leader who inspires and guides our passionate team of Educators, all deeply committed to high-quality early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying, enrolled, or have completed a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA equivalent qualification) — or are willing to enroll
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain these certifications
