About the Role
Kirwan Early Learning Centre is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Guide and mentor fellow educators in the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs
• Ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Work collaboratively with the Centre Leader to continuously enhance educational practices and outcomes for children

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Studying (50% completed) or completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
• Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
• Ability to learn new systems and child care management software
