We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres, which stretches from Halifax in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East.
About the position
MMCNQ is growing! We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and self motivated early childhood professionals to work as Education & Inclusion Advisors to join our Education Team. We anticipate a start date of 20 January 2024.
These positions will be a hands-on mentoring roles to support and build the capabilities of educators in our services and to drive the implementation of contemporary, high quality, inclusive pedagogy that supports the inclusion needs of all children to achieve best outcomes and success.
Duties will include a strong focus on all matters relating to the Safeguarding of children and vulnerable people. There will be a requirement to build and maintain stakeholder relationships within the Catholic Diocese and the wider Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
Successful candidates will be required to travel to our services in Townsville, Ingham, Mt Isa, Palm Island, Proserpine and Bowen.
