A financial planning and brokerage firm located East Brisbane are seeking a Para broker to work closely with their successful lending team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package loan applications.
• Support a small team of brokers in the provision of credit assistance.
• Liaise with lenders and with clients to get loans approved and settled.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are being met.
• Liaising with stakeholders such as brokers, lenders, solicitors and clients 
• Dealing with the application from start right through to settlement.
• Handle any client enquires.

Skills & Experience:

• Have at least 2 years' experience in the banking and finance industry – mortgage lending 
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously.
• Comfortable working with professional clients.
