Client Overview
A growing private lending firm that focuses on providing residential and commercial property finance is looking for an experienced Chief Risk Officer to manage the credit, risk and operations processes for the business.

Role Overview

• Lead the credit team in processing loan applications 
• Lead settlement pipeline management as well oversee the management of related systems and suppliers.
• Leading change in operations team roles
• Lead the business to find product/market fit for its new product range  
• Manage business risk and engage with the committee and lead management and oversight of the risk plan
• Manage the customer care team, including customer service, hardship and arrears. 
• Contribute to key decisions and the formulation of the business's future direction  
• Board & committee reporting and stakeholder management   

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership experience within credit and commercial property lending
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Genuine interest in forging a career within commercial property finance.
• Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
