You will be responsible for supporting a small advice team within a growing boutique firm. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong experience in financial services who wants to join a successful and highly professional team.
  
Responsibilities

• Work closely with a highly experienced advice team. 
• Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management to a well-established client base
• Manage and track client portfolios
• Ensuring all client related tasks are completed in the appropriate time frame
• Onboard new clients and manage relationships with existing clients
• Complete day to day operational and administration duties
• Manage and update clients details on Xplan

 Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar role within a financial planning business
• Xplan experience
• Experience with different product and platforms
• Strong communication skills and polished presentation
