Our client is a leading wealth management firm servicing high-net-worth clients. As the Front of House/Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, provide administrative support and contributing to the day to day running of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule and manage client appointments across multiple diaries and meeting rooms.
• Maintain client records and databases accurately.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for both staff and
  client functions
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed,
  including - scanning, archiving and data entry.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials.
• Support office management and other departments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times
• Assist with travel bookings - flights, accommodation, car hire etc.

Skills & Experience  

• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (financial or professional services environment preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
