The Role
  
To lead the client service team in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing HNW/UHNW retail and wholesale clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The day-to-day leadership and operations of the back-office team
• Setting the standard for client service and client engagement
• Delegate work and ensure KPIs are met within the advice support team
• Ensuring all service obligations are met

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in the financial advice industry
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Clear understanding of the advice industry history and the legislative environment
