The Role
Leading a small team of client support staff, the senior client services manager will provide the administrative and operational experience to ensure an exceptional service to the advisory firms clients and referral partners. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and systems that drive efficiency and profitability
• Assist practice heads to develop and execute against strategic plans, including quarterly objectives
• Maintain client contact/service and implementation
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team

Skills & Experience

• 4-5+ years in an administrative/client service role within financial services is required
• 2 + years leadership experience ideally 
• A sound understanding of business systems and technology
• Investment products knowledge
