The Role

The Operations Manager position is a specialist role primarily responsible for the operational efficiency and delivery of the client service and value proposition.
Leading a small team of client support staff, the Operations Manager will provide the administrative and operational experience to ensure an exceptional service to the advisory firms clients and referral partners. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and systems that drive efficiency and profitability
• Assist practice heads to develop and execute against strategic plans, including quarterly objectives
• Maintain client contact/service and implementation
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team

Skills & Experience

• 4-5+ years in an administrative/operations role 
• 2 + years leadership experience 
• A sound understanding of business systems and technology
• Investment products knowledge
