The Role
With the continued growth of the financial advice business, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial adviser.

You will be provided the opportunity to grow your own book through new business client leads. All leads are qualified. Using all the provided resources of the business you can also benefit from full paraplanning and admin support:

• Engage and service a broad range of clients
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients and take them through the advice process
• Build trust, understand client goals, and guide them through the decision to engage with the business
• Help to mentor and lead a small team of junior advisers 

Skills & Experience
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have:

• Proven background in financial advice
• Comfortable with presenting solutions to high-value clients
• 5+ years industry experience
• 3 + years in providing advice
• Strong leadership experience
