The Role
With the continued growth of the financial advice business, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Officer.

As a Client Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional client experience. Working alongside the adviser and further CSM team.

• Assist with implementation of client advice and proactively manage applications and documentation.
• Manage front of house/ reception and be the first point of contact for clients
• Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
• Ensure legislative compliance is upheld by following established policies and processes with a high attention to detail

Skills & Experience
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have:

• A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a in a similar financial advisor support role.
• A client-focused professional 
• A self-motivated individual, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• An ability to work within in a fast-paced environment.
