The Role
  
Oversee a team of associates which includes, training and development, performance reviews, delegating work and also support a small team of private wealth advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to queries from a team of associates
• Delegate work and ensure KPIs are met within the advice support team
• Maintain client files as per audit checklists
• Stakeholder management 
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the leadership team
• Support advisers with client communication and administration 

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role 
• Team leader experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to Investment products
