Our client is an advisory firm that provide a range of services to their clients and are currently growing their lending solutions division.

You will work closely with Advisers and Accountants to understand the clients' financial goals, source suitable lending solutions, and manage the loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Responsibilities;

• Identify and solve clients lending needs while maintaining ongoing relationships throughout the process from start to finish.
• Work closely with the business to provide strategic lending advice tailored to the needs of high‑quality clients, including professionals, business owners, and investors
• Engage with clients to assess financial needs, borrowing capacity, and long‑term objectives
• Provide tailored recommendations that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assess client financial situations, goals, and borrowing capacity.
• Research and compare loan products across multiple lenders.
• Prepare and lodge loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, conveyancers, and other stakeholders
• Provide clear explanations of loan structures, fees, and obligations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and referral networks
• Stay current with lending policies, interest rate movements, and market trends

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years industry experience ideally as a mortgage broker
• Have a current MFAA Accreditation and a Diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client files with precision
• Ability to analyse financial documents
• Accreditation with major lenders and membership with MFAA or FBAA (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency with loan‑lodgement platforms and CRM systems
