Our client is a growing financial planning firm looking for an experienced Adviser to join their continuously growing team. In this new role, you will be a key player in the delivery of high-quality advice to existing and new clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely advice to existing and new clients.
• Proactively develop new client relationships and understanding of
  Client’s needs.
• Apply knowledge to help meet client’s financial goals and assist with plans to meet their financial goals
• Review and approve financial plans
• Present financial plans to client 
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in preparation of research and required documentation for client meetings
• Respond to and manage client communications
• Supervise the advice process internally to ensure it is delivered to a timely manner
• Provides guidance and mentorship to the client experience team
• With support from the admin team, complete SoAs & RoAs for clients and ensure the final document is of a high-quality standard.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a financial adviser role
• Completion of the financial adviser exam and eligible to act as an authorized representative
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the financial planning industry
• Experience with financial planning software
• Broad knowledge of financial planning concepts, legislation and regulations
