Our client is a growing financial planning firm known for its personalised approach and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO with a range of marketing and corporate event duties with some EA responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• EA support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Plan, organize, and execute adviser events, staff functions, and corporate hospitality initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, roadshows, and networking events
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials 
• Manage vendor relationships for event-related services

Skills & Experience  

• 3+ years in an EA or administrative role within financial services 
• Event planning and coordinating experience is essential 
• Experience in marketing is ideally but not essential 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
