Responsibilities;

• Working in a team of support staff managing the client services function and day to day business operations.
• Work closely and provide administration and clients services support to the Senior Adviser.
• Respond to client requests, management of client appointments. 
• Manage and respond to client queries within specific timeframes
• Implementation and document preparation

 Skills and Experience;

• 5+ years experience working as a Client Service Officer in the financial planning industry 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and good attention to detail
